Butter Software LLC
Terms of use
Last updated October 8, 2026
These terms cover your use of buttersoftware.co, the site you are reading. Butter Software LLC (“Butter”, “we”), a California company at 1667 N Main St, Suite B212, Los Angeles, CA 90012, runs it. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
The site and the product
The site describes Butter ERP and lets you ask for a demo. It does not give you access to Butter ERP. A customer uses Butter ERP under a separate written agreement with us, and that agreement, not these terms, governs the service.
Asking for a demo does not create a contract, and it does not oblige you or us to anything. Prices, features and timelines described on the site are not an offer. Only a signed agreement sets them.
What you see in the demos
The recordings on the site show the real product working on made-up data. Harrow & Vale, its customers, styles and orders are fictional. Any resemblance to a real business is coincidence. The product changes, so what you see may differ from the current release.
What you may do
You may read the site, share links to it, and use it to learn about Butter ERP. Do not copy or reuse its text, design, recordings or marks without our written permission. Do not try to break, overload or probe the site, send automated or false demo requests, or use it for anything unlawful.
What you send us
Send only information that is true and that you may share. Our privacy policy says how we handle it. If you send an idea or feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
Ownership
Butter owns the site, its content and the Butter and Butter ERP names, except where content belongs to others. Other names on the site belong to their owners and do not mean that they endorse us.
Links
Links to other sites are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
No warranty
We provide the site “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty about it, express or implied, including that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or fit for a purpose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Butter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data, from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US$100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Law and disputes
California law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site goes to the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and it applies from that date. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
